KONAR has been in business for over 40 years, specialising in the production of high-quality solid wood furniture. Our workshop is located in Góra (ul. Różana 23, Wejherowo commune). We are looking for dedicated people for the following positions.

Open Positions

Carpenter

Working with woodworking machinery – milling machine, planer, and saw. Experience working with solid wood is a great advantage.

Carpenter's Assistant

Supporting carpentry work and machine operation. Willingness to learn and commitment are the most important qualities.

CNC Operator

Must be able to independently write programs and create templates for CNC machines, with experience in the wood industry.

Responsibilities

Production of furniture components
Manufacturing furniture from solid wood
Operating woodworking machines and power tools

Requirements

Knowledge of CNC machine operation is a plus
Commitment and dedication to the work
Experience in solid wood furniture production
Ambition and willingness to develop professionally
Good attendance record

Employment Conditions

1Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (single shift)
2No installation site trips required
3Salary based on skills and commitment
4Employment contract or other form of employment – employee's choice
