A typical series starts at 50–100 pieces of a given model, and CNC jigs remain in the plant for repeat orders. Chairs in hotels and restaurants are under constant load, which is why we use selected hardwoods — beech, oak and ash. Frames are supplied raw for upholstery or lacquered in RAL or NCS. ## Chair Frames Production Process 1. **1. Pattern & Prototype** — Based on a drawing, 3D model or a provided chair sample, we develop the production technology and manufacture a prototype. 2. **2. Serial CNC Production** — Frame elements are routed on CNC machines with high precision, guaranteeing tight and stable mortise and tenon joints. 3. **3.
