Your panels or boards are machined on our CNC routers with sub-millimetre tolerance. We handle complex profiles, curves, pockets, drilling patterns and edge treatments.
3. Quality Check & Collection
Machined components are inspected for dimensional accuracy, deburred and prepared for collection or further lacquering in our in-house paint shop.

What CNC machining services do you offer for external clients?
We offer CNC routing, profiling, drilling, pocketing and cutting of MDF, solid wood and plywood. Services include kitchen front profiling, furniture frame machining, display stand cutting and custom component production.
What file formats do you accept for CNC machining?
We accept DXF, DWG, PDF and Biesse BPP/BPC formats. If you have technical drawings without CNC files, our team can create the machining programme. We review all files for machinability before confirming the order.
What materials can you CNC machine for external clients?
We machine raw MDF, moisture-resistant MDF, veneered MDF, solid wood (beech, oak, pine) and plywood. We do not currently process metals or composites.
Can you combine CNC machining with lacquering in one order?
Yes. Our in-house paint shop allows us to machine your components and then lacquer them in any RAL or NCS colour — a complete subcontract service under one roof, saving you logistics costs and time.
What is the minimum quantity for external CNC machining?
There is no strict minimum, though CNC machining is most cost-effective from around 20–30 identical pieces due to set-up time. We evaluate each enquiry individually and can advise on optimal batch sizes.
