You can provide us with MDF formats milled at other facilities, or entrust the milling entirely to our CNC park.

Every element is prepared and secured in our professional spray booth, with precise application of ordered lacquers (matte, gloss, special textures).

3. Quality Control & Handover

The series undergoes rigorous smoothness inspection, and after drying, is properly separated and ready for collection by the commissioning company.

Yes. We mix and apply RAL and NCS colours in matte, semi-matte and gloss. For recurring orders we keep the coating recipe so the next batch matches the first. We also lacquer large formats and panels.
Turnaround depends on order volume and complexity. Small batches (under 50 pieces) can typically be processed within a week. Larger serial runs are scheduled in advance — we always confirm lead times before accepting the order.
Yes. You can deliver pre-cut MDF panels or components and we handle only the lacquering stage. Alternatively, we can also handle CNC cutting and shaping before lacquering — a complete service under one roof.

MDF Lacquering for Furniture Manufacturers and POS Agencies

For many furniture manufacturers and carpentry workshops, maintaining an in-house paint shop is costly and difficult to schedule. KONAR takes over lacquering of MDF panels, fronts, wooden components and POS stands, providing repeatable colour, coating control and stable turnaround times. We work in RAL and NCS colours across matte, semi-matte and gloss finishes.

If parts need cutting, drilling or profiling before finishing, we can combine lacquering with CNC wood and MDF machining. One supplier then takes responsibility for the panel, surface preparation, coating and quality control. This reduces logistics between subcontractors and shortens lead time for furniture companies, advertising agencies and commercial fit-out contractors.
