Logo KONAR

Marine Furniture Manufacturer for Shipyards and Contractors

We support shipyards, fit-out contractors and design teams with production of marine furniture, cabin elements, built-ins and wooden components for commercial vessels.

Serial production for marine environments

Marine furniture production requires repeatability, dimensional control and durable finishing. KONAR machines wood, MDF and plywood on CNC equipment, lacquers components in-house and prepares parts for further assembly by shipyards or marine fit-out contractors.

Phases of Contract Shipboard and Luxury Implementations

01

1. Calculation of Complex Systems

We are experts at diving into unconventional architectural layouts and transforming them into cost-optimized serial production runs.

02

2. Moisture-Resistant Processing

Projects for passenger ships may require specific processing – we adapt lacquers and board selection (e.g., marine plywood) to operational conditions.

03

3. Secure Structural Packaging

Finished office, passenger cabin, or ship corridor built-ins are securely dispatched via logistics straight to the selected European shipyard.

Key Logistics Answers (FAQ)

Serial equipment for ship cabins – do you offer support to shipyards?

Absolutely, our factory can prepare CNC-machined components for crew and passenger cabins for major shipyards and cruise ship builders. However, the size of investment orders is always individually analyzed in our facility and ultimately depends simply on the specifics and scale of the structure – upon a client's or developer's request, and with equal attention to every detail, we execute frame processing for select, single luxury villas or private yachts with special operational requirements from the shipowner.

How do you ensure wood lacquering repeatability?

It is a fully controlled application system in a sterile environment. Colors are monitored under special lighting in our quality control department at the final stage of the line.

Can we supply our own raw material for luxury production?

Yes. Numerous times in our operations, we have combined work with rare or specially contracted wood provided by external Investors for premium projects.

Do you have experience with fire-retardant coatings for marine applications?

We work with lacquer suppliers offering marine-certified fire-retardant finishes and can source appropriate products for specific project requirements. All technical requirements are discussed thoroughly during the project planning phase.

Can you produce furniture components for both passenger areas and crew quarters?

Yes. We have experience producing furniture for both public passenger areas (restaurants, lounges, cabins) and crew quarters on cruise ships and ferries. All components are produced to the technical specifications provided by the client or shipyard.

Marine Furniture and Components for Shipyards

Marine projects require accurate parts, assembly readiness and experience with narrow vessel interiors. We manufacture cabin elements, built-ins, frames, beds, tables, panels and components for further finishing or installation. In-house CNC machining keeps production aligned with technical drawings, while our paint shop supports projects that require repeatable coatings on MDF, wood or plywood.

For yacht and premium vessel projects we use a separate page as a custom yacht furniture manufacturer. This page focuses on marine and shipyard enquiries: passenger ships, ferries, cabins, corridors and production components for contractors. That helps search engines distinguish the broad “marine furniture” intent from the more luxury-focused “yacht furniture” intent.

Looking for a marine furniture subcontractor?

Send us technical documentation or a project enquiry. We will prepare a production quote for ship, ferry or commercial vessel components.
