We manufacture the solid wood or MDF frame in our joinery workshop, CNC-machine every component for consistent dimensions, and then upholster in our dedicated upholstery workshop using the fabric or leatherette you specify. Production Process
1. Frame Production
Solid wood or MDF frames are cut, shaped and assembled on our CNC routing lines and woodworking machines. We work with beech, oak and pine – the most durable species for high-traffic seating.
2. Frame Finishing
Frames are sanded, primed and lacquered in our in-house paint shop in any RAL or NCS colour – matte, semi-matte or gloss. We can also apply stains, oils or a natural wax finish.
3. Upholstery & Delivery
Foam padding, fabric or leatherette (your specification or ours) and finishing details are applied by our upholstery team. Pieces are quality-checked and packed for safe transport to your location.

Yes. We work with client-supplied upholstery materials or source from our own suppliers. We can match Kvadrat, Gabriel, Camira and most European contract fabric collections. Leatherette and genuine leather are also available.
Can the wooden frame be lacquered in a specific RAL or NCS colour?
Absolutely. Our in-house paint shop lacquers wooden frames in any RAL or NCS colour – matte, semi-matte or gloss. This means your upholstered chair has a consistent, brand-accurate finish on both the upholstery and the frame.
Do you produce upholstered furniture for maritime use?
Yes. For marine clients – cruise ships, superyachts and passenger ferries – we can apply fire-retardant foam and fabrics certified to IMO standards, and use marine-grade lacquers on the wooden frame.
What is the minimum order quantity for upholstered chairs?
