Chair Frames Production Process
1. Pattern & Prototype
Based on a drawing, 3D model or a provided chair sample, we develop the production technology and manufacture a prototype.
2. Serial CNC Production
Frame elements are routed on CNC machines with high precision, guaranteeing tight and stable mortise and tenon joints.
3. Optional Lacquering
Finished frames can be supplied raw (sanded for upholstery) or lacquered in our paint shop (RAL/NCS, stains, clear coats).

What wood do you recommend for chair frames?
We strongly recommend beech wood – it is hard, resilient, bends well and machines excellently, while also taking stains and lacquers beautifully. For premium projects, we also frequently use oak.
Do you only make frames for upholstery?
No, we also produce complete wooden chairs (with wooden seat and backrest components) ready for final finishing.
How are the frames joined?
We use proven glued mortise and tenon joints, often additionally reinforced with confirmat screws in critical points (e.g. seat rails).
Do you upholster the chairs in-house?
Yes, we have our own upholstery shop and offer a complete product, but for many B2B clients (upholstery workshops) we supply only the raw frames.
What is the minimum order quantity for chair frames?
Due to the time required to program CNC machines and prepare jigs, we typically start serial production from 50-100 units of a given model.
