Solid chair frames for the contract industry

We manufacture chair frames from a technical drawing, a 3D model or a physical sample. A typical series starts at 50–100 pieces of a given model, and CNC jigs remain in the plant for repeat orders. Chairs in hotels and restaurants are under constant load, which is why we use selected hardwoods — beech, oak and ash. Frames are supplied raw for upholstery or lacquered in RAL or NCS.

Chair Frames Production Process

1. Pattern & Prototype

Based on a drawing, 3D model or a provided chair sample, we develop the production technology and manufacture a prototype.

2. Serial CNC Production

Frame elements are routed on CNC machines with high precision, guaranteeing tight and stable mortise and tenon joints.

3. Optional Lacquering

Finished frames can be supplied raw (sanded for upholstery) or lacquered in our paint shop (RAL/NCS, stains, clear coats).

We strongly recommend beech wood – it is hard, resilient, bends well and machines excellently, while also taking stains and lacquers beautifully. For premium projects, we also frequently use oak.
No, we also produce complete wooden chairs (with wooden seat and backrest components) ready for final finishing.
We use proven glued mortise and tenon joints, often additionally reinforced with confirmat screws in critical points (e.g. seat rails).
Yes, we have our own upholstery shop and offer a complete product, but for many B2B clients (upholstery workshops) we supply only the raw frames.
